Add scrollbar to message templates

When editing message templates, the text box doesn't show all the text, and there is no scroll bars to scroll down.
Just a small little tweak :-)

    Hi Pierre,

    This is a good idea. We will definitely look at adding a scroller. I have experienced the same issue before myself :)
